Miriam Ayala

Mrs. Ayala has devoted her entire legal career to immigration law. She has represented hundreds of clients before the Immigration Courts throughout the country, litigating deportation cases and obtaining benefits for numerous detained clients. She also represents clients in the U.S. and abroad in matters such as family-based immigration, visas, waivers, and citizenship.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (B.A. 2008), she received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 2011). Mrs. Ayala is admitted to the bar in the State of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
